At SS Saddlery, we take pride in the quality of our premium PVC halters and equestrian gear. As all products are custom made to order from scratch, please choose carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly made, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sssaddleryaus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Engraved Name Plates Engraved name plates are outsourced and fully personalised — these cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
