Shipping policy
Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
Processing Time All SS Saddlery products are custom made to order from scratch. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:
- Standard items – 5–7 business days
- Engraved Name Plates – 3–4 weeks, as these are outsourced to our engraving supplier
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Remote areas may take longer.
Total Lead Time
- Standard items: approximately 8–14 business days from order to delivery
- Engraved Name Plates: approximately 4–5 weeks from order to delivery
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sssaddleryaus@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
United States orders
Shipping is A$29.95 via tracked satchel. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by US authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
