By placing an order with SS Saddlery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Products All SS Saddlery products are custom made to order from scratch. As each item is handcrafted, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
3. Processing & Delivery
- Standard items: 5–7 business days processing + 3–7 business days delivery.
- Engraved Name Plates: 3–4 weeks processing (outsourced) + 3–7 business days delivery.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Returns & Refunds As all items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrectly made items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Personalised & Custom ItemsEngraved name plates and custom colour orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, and branding is the property of SS Saddlery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability SS Saddlery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
